General terms and conditions of use for online store PAPRO Simon Pervanja s.p. are prepared in accordance with Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and international codes of e-business.
The online store PAPRO Simon Pervanja s.p. (hereinafter referred to also as "Store") is operated by PAPRO Simon Pervanja s.p., Dolanci 15, SI-6222 Stanjel, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to also as "Company")
Terms of use cover Store operation, user rights and business relationship between suppliers and buyers.
Definitions
In these Terms of Use:
"Materials" means, to the extent it is protected copyright work, all or any part of any text, image, audio, video or any other type of media in any format contained and comprised in the Website.
"Website" means our website at www.lacepatterns.eu and any sub-domains.
Accessibility of Information

Company is committed to always provide the customer the following information:

• contact information, allowing the user quick and efficient communication (e-mail, phone),
• essential characteristics of goods or services,
• all prices must be clearly and unambiguously defined; it must be clear if prices already include taxes and transport costs,
• method of payment and delivery,
• period in which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal,

Prices
All prices in the online shop are in Euros (€). VAT is not applicable according to Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1), article 94, paragraph 1.
The prices as displayed on the Website at any moment are only valid at that moment.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping and handling cost is not included in the product price. The cost is shown to the Customer before order confirmation and depends on type of packaging and shipping.
Discounts
When buying large quantities of patterns to run workshops or sale them in shops, certain discounts are offered. Please refer to the contact address below and provide information about amount of samples needed. In case of course let us know also when and where the workshop will take place and the number of participants.
We will do our best and send you a good offer.
Payment methods
Company offers the following methods of payment:
• By credit card via Paypal; MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. In case of payment without PayPal account, PayPal may charge commission.
• Advance payment on our bank account. The bank account details can be found on the Website (About us) and on e-mail, which is sent to the customer after confirming an order.
• PayPal. The payment confirmation from PayPal will be sent to the customer's e-mail address.
Selection of items and steps to purchase
User selects items and puts them in the shopping chart by pressing the “Add to Cart” button. When all items are selected, user shall click the "Show Cart" button bellow the shopping chart, fill all necessary information and conclude the order. Online store accepts the order only in case that all requested fields are filled and order confirmed at the last step by pressing the "Confirm order" button.
In some minutes, the customer will receive copy of the order to the e-mail address provided. The order is accessible under the User profile on the Website at all times.
Changing an order
The order can be changed at any time during shopping by clicking to the "Show Cart" button.
After confirmation the order by pressing the "Confirm order" button, it can not be changed any more.
Canceling an order by the Customer or by the Company
Order can be canceled by the customer within two hours after it is made. Cancellation shall be done by an email to the address narocila@lacepatterns.eu
The email shall consist of the following:
• Message Subject: Order cancellation
• Message body: Order number, name and address of the customer
An order can be canceled by the Company too, in case that it can't be carried out according to these Terms of use. If goods are already paid, the amount will be refunded immediately.
The purchase contract is valid when the Shop confirms an order and payment in an e-mail message to the customer. The order cannot be canceled or changed after that.
Delivery times
Company will do its best to deliver ordered items as soon as possible but at latest in 14 days after confirming the order and payment. The shipping time is not included in the delivery time since it varies.
Delivery
Shipment and handling costs are paid in advance and so customer has no additional costs when receiving the goods. The cost of particular shipment depends on size and type of package; it goes from 6 € to 45 €.
Bobbin lace patterns by Irma Pervanja; terms and conditions of use
Bobbin lace patterns (hereinafter referred to as "patterns") marked "© Irma Pervanja" (hereinafter referred to as "author") are copyrighted work. It is not permitted to:
• copy the patterns in whole or in part,
• reproduce them in any other way,
• publish them
without written permission from the author.
Slovenian and foreign legislation generally recognize two types of use of copyrighted works: non-commercial and commercial.
Non-commercial use of patterns
Non-commercial use of patterns includes:
• Lace making for own use or for gifts.
• Exhibiting lace on non-sales exhibitions. A reference to the author of the pattern shall be made next to each exhibited lace item.
Reproduction of a pattern for own use is allowed in maximum three (3) copies in case of non-commercial use.
However, it is not allowed to pass on or sell any copy of the pattern nor retain a copy and pass on or sell the original.
Commercial use of patterns
Commercial use of patterns includes:
• Lace making for sales.
When the lace made on pattern of the author is sold, it is mandatory to be accompanied with a special label. It has serial number that is linked to the particular pattern. With the label, it is made a compensation to the author for commercial use of the pattern.

In relation to the commercial use of patterns, the author reserves all rights and will, in the event of violations found, use all legal means to exercise his rights in accordance and with the extent permitted by the applicable legislation.
Other use of patterns or lace, made on the patterns
The conditions above are valid only for lace making. Any other use of patterns, for example but not limited to printing, tattoos, lace stamping in a clay etc., requires written permission from the author. Contact us to info@lacepatterns.eu in such case.
Validity of this terms and conditions
This terms and conditions are valid for patterns, purchased after 29.4.2017. In case of doubt, it is assumed that this terms are mandatory for all patterns, printed on light brown paper and not for patterns, printed on diazo paper.

Right to withdraw from the purchase and the return of goods
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in 15 days after purchase, without being required to state the reason for its decision. Customer must inform the Shop about his intentions to do so on the email narocila@lacepatterns.eu. The only cost incurred by the consumer in relation to the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the product. Goods must be returned to the seller within 30 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The Store shall be informed in advance about the way of the goods returning. Cash on Delivery shipments are not accepted.
Received goods must be returned undamaged and in the same amount, unless the goods are destroyed, corrupted, lost or reduced in quantity without the customer's fault.
Refund of payment will be made as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. Refunds are transferred to the customer's bank account or credit card or PayPal account.
Withdrawal from the purchase is possible only if the Copyright and Related Rights Act and other copyright law is strictly obeyed by the customer. In the opposite case, the Store reserves the right to restrict the return of purchased items.
Privacy Policy
Company is committed to sustainable protection of all personal user data. Company will use personal data solely for order fulfillment (sending invoices, order status etc.) and other necessary communication.
User's data will in no case be turned over to unauthorized persons.

Other company's logos or their pictures and graphics are the property of the respective companies and subject to the copyright of the respective licensers.
